When does my evaluation start?
Your evaluation will start on the day you make your first trade.
When will I receive my payouts from the Live account?
When you are on live funded account ,trader should complete minimum 30 calendar days from his first live trtade date Minimum 10 trading days and Minimum 2% profit for withdrawal eligibility.
What is the profit target?
The profit target for Phase 1 is 8%.
The profit target for Phase 2 is 5%.
For Phase 3 (Live account), minimum 2% profit target for withdrawal.
What is the minimum time to complete the evaluation?
The minimum requirement to pass each phase is 5 trading days (Does not need to be consecutive). If you have reached the profit target early, you are allowed to open a micro lot trade of 0.01 and close it immediately after to fill the remaining days
What is the profit split on Evaluation live accounts?
When you receive your Live account, you will receive 70% of your profits on your first month.
Every month after, you will receive 80% of your profits.
Live Month 1 = 70%
Live Month 2 = 75%
Live Month 3+ = 80%
What happens if a violation has been detected on my account?
Unfortunately, if a violation has been detected on your account, that account will be suspended and will not qualify for any future payouts. However, you can reset your account at a discounted price. The reset will provide you with a new account.
I passed Phase 1, now what?
Congratulations on passing Phase 1 of your Evaluation! Please make sure you have no remaining open or running trades, completed the minimum requirement of 5 trading days and have reached the profit target of 8% with no violations on your account. You can upgrade your Phase 1 account to a Phase 2 account by send email to email@example.com
I passed Phase 2, now what?
Congratulations on passing Phase 2 of your Evaluation! Please make sure you have no remaining open or running trades, completed the minimum requirement of 5 trading days and have reached the profit target of 5% with no violations on your account.
Live accounts will initially be on “READ-ONLY” mode and trades will be disabled until you provide the required KYC documents and signed contract.
To get your live account activated, please follow the instructions below:
1. Download the Independent Contractor Agreement sent via mail.
2. Sign the contract.
3. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
– Your full name
– Signed contract
– Proof of identity card
– Proof of address document
Once you are done, please allow up to 48 hours for the Account Provisioning team to verify your documents and enable trading on your Live account. KYC DOCUMENTS
To provide your proof of identity, you can send any official government issued identification that includes a photo of you, such as the following:
– Driver’s License
– Birth Certificate
– National Identity Card (AADHAR CARD)
To provide your proof of Bank Account Details, you can send document that provides your name, such as the following:
– Bank Statement
– cancelled cheuqe
Can I get a free retry?
You can request a free retry from your Dashboard, however the ‘Free Reset’ button will ONLY appear if your account meets ALL of the following criteria:
– Your account has reached the expiry date.
– Your account is above the initial balance.
– Your account does not have any violations.
You must wait until you receive the Maximum Time Breach notification which you will receive AFTER the date of expiry (on Day 31 since your first trade). If your Dashboard doesn’t show the ‘Free Reset’ button then your account has not yet expired.
When you press the ‘Free Reset’ button, you will receive a new account with new login credentials and you will start over from Phase 1 at the initial balance.
Do I need to wait the full 30 trading days?
No, you don’t need to wait for the entire duration of the evaluation phase. Once you reach the profit target and have completed a minimum of 5 trading days, you are eligible to proceed to the next phase!
